I hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice. I am duly certified as both a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of settings, serving a diverse population of individuals with a wide range of mental health needs.

I specialize in working with adults and provide care for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and dual diagnoses. I approach each client based on their individualized needs, with a focus on building trust, fostering open communication, and creating realistic, achievable treatment goals.

I offer telehealth services to adults residing in Washington, D.C., allowing for convenient and accessible care in a private, secure environment. My goal is to partner with each patient to help overcome barriers, build resilience, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
